She was born at Wayne County, Kentucky on May 20, 1939 the daughter of the late Conrad and Dorsie Worley Decker. She was a homemaker and member of Wolf Ridge Baptist Church. Her first husband, Cleo Young; second husband, Gene Jones and her parents precede her in death. Randy Young is the deceased son. The deceased brothers and sister are Eugene Decker; Clyde Decker; Donald Decker and Marlene Evears. One grandchild is deceased. Survivors include her children Richard Young, and wife Della, Revelo, Kentucky; David Jones; Beverly Jones Branscum, Whitley City, Kentucky; Ronnie Jones, Stearns, Kentucky and Brenda Jones Bartley, Smithtown, Kentucky. The surviving brothers and sister are Kenneth Decker, Indianapolis, Indiana; Tom Decker and Evelyn Corder, Vermillion, Ohio. Fourteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren survive.
