Dobruchna Gawronska-Wiener was born on 27 November 1927, in Bydgoszcz, Poland. She was the daughter of Sara Rojza Gawronska nee Podemski and Jacob Gawronski Weiner.

Dobruchna lived in Lodz, Poland at Zeromski, 11. After the establishment of the ghetto Dobruchna moved into the Lodz Ghetto with her mother and siblings. They lived at Drukarska 18 flat 12. Her maternal grandmother also lived with them at the same address. At the age of 14, Dobruchna attended the Gymnasium and High School for girls in the Lodz Ghetto.

In September of 1942, during the gehsperre action, Dobruchna and her twin brother, Erik, were exempted from deportation. They would remain in the ghetto until 1944. The family was deported from the ghetto in late 1944, Erik in July 1944.

On 24 August 1944, Dobruchna and her sister arrived at Ravensbrück Concentration camp. They were first at Auschwitz where they spent a week before being transferred to Ravensbrück. She was given prisoner number 60761.

It appears the Dobruchna and her sister were transferred from Ravensbrück to Bergen-Belsen concentration camp. She would later died there in April of 1945 at the age of 18.
