She was born Dec. 5, 1909, in New England, N.D., to George and Elizabeth Glasser Heidt. She married Paul Hecker on Nov. 20, 1928, in Dickinson, N.D. She was a homemaker and worked at Eugene Fruit Growers.
Survivors include a son, George; four daughters, Florence Hecker, Elizabeth Hecker, Tillie Murray and Caroline Haniuk; 12 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Her husband, son Daniel Hecker and grandson Tony Haniuk died previously.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial will follow the Mass at 2 p.m. at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements by Buell Funeral Chapel in Springfield.
