ELLA TULLIS
Miss Ella Tullis, 90, Stanley, died Sunday at the Good Samaritan Home in Olathe. She had been ill for the past 10 years and had been hospitalized since Dec. 1, 1966.
Miss Tullis was a member of the Stanley Community Church; the Stanley Grange for over 60 years. She was a retired school teacher, retiring in 1946 from the Ocheltree grade school. She also taught at Oak Grove grade school in Johnson County for 17 years.
She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Pearl Towner, Longton, Kan.; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Stanley Community Church with burial in the Pleasant Valley cemetery in Stanley directed by W. L. Frye and Son Funeral Home of Olathe.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 o'clock at the Frye Chapel in Olathe.
