Would you please check on the death date? Several years ago I entered 25 Oct 1897 (rather than 26) from a researcher that had birth/death dates ane middle names for all of Joel and Cassey's children. It is hard to tell when enlarging the photo, but does look like it could be 25.

James Tullis, an old and respected citizen living near Stanley, died at his home on Monday and was interred in the Tomahawk cemetery Tuesday afternoon. Mr. Tullis was well known in our community, having lived near here for many years, He Leaves a large family and many friends to mourn their loss.
