William Adams, 70, resident of Franklin since last spring, died at 8:30 am today in his home, 511 Liberty Street, after an illness of several months. He was born in Mineral Township in August, 1841, son of former Sheriff and Mrs. John Adams.
For 15 years he lived in Polk, and moved to Franklin last April. He was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church.
He leaves a widow and three children, John Adams and Mrs. Melvin Ray of Vandergrift, and Edward, at home.
