Mr. Pusey was born in Fredericktown, Washington County, Pennsylvania on June 3, 1820.
In February 1866 he moved to Bloomington, Illinois where he has lived ever since.
He was a farmer and stock dealer until ill health compelled him to give up business. For two years he kept a grocery store.
Besides his wife he leaves four children, Mrs. D. B. Salisbury of Chicago, Illinois; William W. Pusey of Odell, Illinois; Miss Ella Pusey; and Nathan Pusey.
