Carswell Hall Carr

Carswell Carr and his daughter Amanda Beth Carr were murdered by serial killer John Paul Knowles on November 6th, 1974. Knowles was guilty of at least 18 murders in the south, including a Florida State Patrolman and a salesman he had kidnapped in Florida. They were forced to drive him to Perry, Georgia where he killed them. He was captured the same day farther up Interstate 75. He was killed in Douglas County, Georgia trying to escape.
