Mrs. Lorene Fulp Wall, 93, of Walkertown, passed away peacefully Monday, November 17, 2014 at Trinity Elms in Clemmons. A native of Forsyth County, Mrs. Wall was born May 13, 1921 to the late Branson Beeson and Flora Ellen Fulp. Mrs. Wall and her late husband, Kermit Arthur Wall, owned and operated Wall's Grocery until 1969 and later owned Blue Marlin Motel in Atlantic Beach, NC for 10 years before returning to Walkertown to retire. A long-time member of Love's United Methodist Church, she was in the Oran Sawyer Sunday School Class, a member of Stephen's Ministry, the Handbell Choir, Flower Committee, Kitchen Committee, and chaired the Worship Committee for many years. She was responsible for the Lovefeast Service during the Christmas season, the placement of flowers in the sanctuary, and the maintenance of the Prayer Garden. She was also a member of the Walkertown Garden Club and a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.

Mrs. Wall is survived by her sons, Kermit A. Wall, Jr. (Marilyn) and Edward B. Wall (Janice); daughter, Rose Ellen Brown (Terry); grandchildren, Lisa Wall, G. Lee Wall (Rebecca), Lorin Wall Tinder (Trent), Michael A. Wall (Allison), Ellen Wall Knudson (Kevin), Elizabeth Wall Volinski (Rick), Erin Wall Jezerinac (Peter), Jennifer Sink (Frank Sealey), and Michael Sink. She also had thirteen great-grandchildren Ellington Wall, Andrew, Hannah and Aubry Tinder, Gus Knudson, Connor and Sydney Wall, Pete and Evelyn Jezerinac, Madeline Volinski, Alex and Lexi Sealey, and Julianne Sink.

A family graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Love's UMC Cemetery.
