Mrs. Charlotte DeBord Dies at Park Rapids (Minnesota)
Mrs. Charlotte DeBord, former resident of Osakis, passed away yesterday at the home of her son Millo (Milo), at Park Rapids, Minn., at the age of 79 years. Erysipelas was the cause of death.
Funeral services were held this afternoon from the Free Methodist Church in Osakis and interment will take place in Lakeside Cemetery here. (Osakis, MN) An obituary will be published next week.

Mrs. Charlotte Ann DeBord, Obituary.
A kind and loving mother has gone, but will never be forgotten. Mrs. Charlotte Ann DeBord passed away June 29, 1937, 1937, at the home of her son, Milo, near Park Rapids Minnesota, from Erysipelas and of of the infirmities of old age.
Her daughter, Mrs. Dora Councilman of Buchanan, Michigan, arrived 10 days before her mother's death to assist in her care; and was at her bedside with her sister, Clara Dolan, and brother, Milo, when death came.
The deceased is survived by nine children: John Debord, Mrs. Ethel Clark, Mrs. Carrie Masteller, And Mrs. Jenny Averilll of Osakis, Milo Debord and Clara Dolan of Park Rapids, Minnesota. Seven children preceded her in death, also her husband who passed away March 8, 1909.
She is also survived by 34 grand children and 20 great grandchildren.
Charlotte Ann Sproston was born February 18, 1858, at Hamlet, Mercer County, Illinois, and lived in Illinois until she was 23 years old, when she and her husband with two children came to Douglas County, Minnesota, with the exception of three years spent on a homestead in Montana.
She was 79 years, four months, and 11 days old at the time of death.
Funeral services were held July 1 at Grace Chapel in Osakis and interment was made beside her husband in the Lakeside Cemetery.
