LAST RITES HELD HERE FOR MRS. C. MASTELLER
Funeral Services for Carrie Masteller were held from the Larson funeral home on Wednesday number 19 at 2:00 PM at the Rev. Fred Walter in charge of the services
Interment was made at Lakeside Cemetery, Osakis, Minnesota.
Pallbearers were McKinley Bowman, Charles Betts, Calvin Abers, Norman Abers, Alan Abers and Everett Dailey.
Carries Mastellar of Osakis passed away on December 15 at the age of 67 years, six days. Carrie Mastellar was born at Osakis, December 9, 1889, the daughter of Marian and Charlotte DeBord.
She was married on March 21, 1908 in Osakis to Pearl Masteller, and to them eight children were born: Richard of Osakis, Henry of Alexandria, Ralph of Menahga, Susan, who preceded her in death, George of Alexandria, Ray of Osakis, Alice of Villard and Mary of Westport.
Her seven children survive with 19 grandchildren; also four sisters and two brothers, who are: John of Osakis; Ira of Cleveland, Montana; Dora Councilman of Pinerie, North Dakota; Clara (Mrs. Ervin) Dolan , Yelm, Washington; Jessie (Mrs. Allie Aviril) of Albany, Oregon; and Ethel (Mrs. Earl) Clark of Osakis.
Her sister Nora, and her two brothers, Milo and Asa, preceded her in death.
