Here lies Christopher Beckett Denison second son of Sir Edmund Beckett, baronet and Maria his wife after eighteen years in the Civil Service of India he represented the eastern division of this Riding in parliament for twelve years and died 30th October 1884 in his 60th year. In memory of Augusta Beckett Denison the youngest and last daughter of Sir Edmund and Lady Beckett born 24th August 1823 died 24th May 1916 The last of her family Make little weeping for the dead for she is at rest.
