The second child and first son of Andrew & Rebecca Floride (Calhoun) Pickens, late of Tamassee, Oconee Co SC, Ezekiel married:
1) Elizabeth Bonneau, c1793 Abbeville District SC.
2) Elizabeth "Eliza" Barksdale in c1805/6 Abbeville District SC, the daughter of George & Mary Barksdale.

"HOUSES OF WORSHIP. - The first house was erected 1790 of logs, about 80 rods east of the late Ezekiel Pickens' dwelling, on the north side of the road. The spot is now grown over with trees."
