Born June 15, 1896, in Duffield, Mrs. Lehman was a daughter of the late William L. and Sadie Holsinger Thompson.
She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church, Stoufferstown Garden Club, Norland Garden Club, past president of the Auxiliary to Burt J. Asper Post No. 46, American Legion; member of World War I Woman's Auxiliary; 8 et 40, Chambersburg Women's Club, Chambersburg Hospital Auxiliary, Franklin County Retired teachers Association, Golden Age Club, Franklin County Society of Farm Women and the Republican Club. She was a retired teacher in the schools of Guilford Township. Her husband, John R. Lehman, died April 7, 1973.
Surviving are two daughters: Mrs. Wilmer (Jessie) Hague, 103 E. Main St., Fayetteville; Mrs. Jay (Connie) Clark, 1453 Lincoln Way East; four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. She was the last of her immediate family.
