Mrs. Fowler was a retired secretary for the Winnsboro Lower Elementary School and a member of Boeuf River Baptist Church. Her husband, J. D. Fowler, preceded her in death in 1994.
She was survived by two daughters, Jenny McDonald and husband Don of Sterlington, Christy Fulford and husband Buddy of Winnsboro; her mother, Minnie Gill of Winnsboro; one brother, Ralph Gill of Winnsboro; and 3 grandchildren.
