Mrs. Helena M. Dierker, 66, of Forest City, died at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, December 21 [1978] at her residence.
She was born in San Jose on June 19, 1912, a daughter of Jacob and Anna Inen Jacobs Imig. She married Otto Dierker March 29, 1936 in San Jose.
Surviving are her husband, two sons, Merrill of Havana and Lendell of Forest City; one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Luellen) Betzelberger of San Jose; six grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Vera Rabbe and Mrs. Florence Behrends, both of Mason City; five brothers, Paul of San Antonio, Texas; Walter and Henry, both of San Jose, Floyd of Mason City, and Duane of Jacob.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran of Manito, and Mason and Tazewell retired teacher's association.
