Juanita J. Carpenter
Juanita J. Carpenter, age 86, passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2014, at the Lancaster Care Center, Lancaster. She was born on August 31, 1928, in Lancaster Township, the daughter of Ellsworth and Nevada (Ellis) Levins. Juanita married George B. Jackering and later married Harold Carpenter. She was employed as a CNA at Orchard Manor and also worked at Rapid Dye in Cassville. Juanita loved music, going to the casino, cooking, playing Bingo, cards and Aggravation.

In addition to her parents, Juanita was preceded in death by her husbands, a daughter, Joan Ann, her sons-in-law, John Hamilton and Lenny Hoegsted, and her brothers and sister.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 24, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at the Lancaster Care Center Chapel in Lancaster with Reverend Pamela Strakeljahn officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Lancaster. There will be no visitation. Schwartz Funeral Home & Cremation Services is assisting the family.
