Mrs. Reid was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Reid.
She was a daughter of Abram and Catherine Noftsinger.
Surviving are a sister-in-law, Daniel Noftsinger; nieces and nepews, Irma N. Bryant, Wellford Noftsinger, Lurline Brown, all of Roanoke, George Noftsinger Jr., Anita Knapp, Kitty McNulty, all of Jarrettsville, Md.; also a number of great-nieces, great- nephews, friends and relatives.
The family suggests memorials may be made to Belmont Baptist Church, 825 Stewart Ave., S.E, Roanoke, Va. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the graveside Sherwood Memorial Park. The Rev. Wayne Harrison will officiate. Friends may call from Oakey's Roanoke from 10 am Tuesday, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.
