Philomena P. Jacobs, 93, died Saturday, Feb. 20 at her home at 209 E. 12th.
She was born Feb. 12, 1889 at Munjor, the daughter of Peter and Anna Bauman Rupp.
She married Peter J. Jacobs; he died in 1955. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, the Christian Mothers and the Altar Society.
Survivors include one son, Elmer, Hays; one daughter, Evelyn Huser, Hays; one sister, Mrs. Simon Roth Sr., Hays; nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Church; burial was in the church cemetery.
