Shirley Jean Holt Budde, 81, of Bartlett, passed away at her home on October 11, 2014. Shirley was a member of North Frayser Baptist Church. She was a retired bookkeeper, working with many businesses in the Memphis area. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Leona Holt; her loving husband, Donald F. Budde, Sr.; sons Donald E. Budde and Donald F. Budde, Jr. She leaves behind her daughter, Rhonda Budde (Dyan Hurtley); daughter-in-law Tina Budde, special friend, Mary Stewart; three grandchildren, Troy Budde, Angela Budde, Joshlyn Hurtley and five great- grandchildren, Karley, Dayton, Kellar, Skylar and one on the way. The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, October 14 at Memphis Funeral Home on Poplar Avenue. A funeral service will be held in the North Chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, October 12 at 10 a.m. Memorials may be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure , Breast Cancer Foundation.
