Marjorie E. Wills, 69, of Chillicothe, passed from this life early Monday morning, October 6, 2003, at her residence, following a brief illness. She was born April 14, 1934, in Chillicothe, the daughter of Clyde James and Lovina Sampson Burns. On June 4, 1978, she married Ronald L. Wills, who survives.
Also surviving are her mother, Chillicothe; two step-daughters and husbands; two step-sons; two step-grandchildren; and six step-great grandchildren; four sisters; and three brothers, all of Chillicothe, and a host of nieces and nephews. Her father preceded her in death.
Mrs. Wills was an operator supervisor with the Chillicothe Telephone Company with 36 years of service, retiring in 1989.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, in the Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home, with Rev. H. R. Grimm officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ross County Unit of the American Cancer Society or to Hospice of Adena Health System.
