Funeral services for Mrs. Alice Bonner Hooten, who passed away on March 21 were held Tuesday afternoon, March 23, at two-thirty from the Chapel of Moore's Funeral Home with the Rev. Joseph A. Moore and the Rev. H.B. Duling officiating.
She was the widow of the late Mr. J. Ward Hooten. Burial was in West View Cemetery.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Miller Braxley of Milledgeville, Mrs. Harry Hargrove, Sr. of Milledgeville, Mrs. Joe Rhodes of Fort Worth, Texas and Mrs. Haven Kicklighter, Sr. of Glenville, Ga.; two sisters, Mrs. Ethel B. Gamble of Lincolnton, Ga. and Mrs. Fannie B. Ward of Atlanta. Also surviving are eight grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Moore's Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
