Mrs. Helen Smoley, St. Stephen, widow of John N. Smoley, died Tuesday at the age of 79 years. She was born in St. Stephen.
Children surviving are: Mrs. Michael Kasko, Detroit, Mich.; John G., St. Stephen; Frank, Chicago, Ill.; James, St. Stephen; Albert, Chicago, Ill.; Michael, St. Stephen ; Joseph, Silver Lake; Mrs. Paul Courter, Waterloo, Iowa; Mrs. Leslie Barrett, St. Paul, Henry, St. Stephen. There are 31 grandchildren and one great grandchild. A sister, Mrs. Frank Trobec, St. Stephen, also survives.
Mrs. Smoley was a member of the WCOF and Christian Mothers of St. Stephen.
Friends may call at the Daniel funeral home after 7 tonight and until the time of the funeral Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at the St. Stephen Catholic church in St. Stephen. Burial will be made in the parish cemetery.
