”Mary Ann married Samuel Nettles (d), George W Moore, died in civil war and a Ross”
She also linked Edward S B Nettles B-1843 D-1843 to Mary as her son.
The 1850 census has Mary still living home with her parents Single/Not Married and No Children.
The 1860 census has her as Mary Morse with a - Geo Morse-age 84-Carpenter- do Not know relation between the two.
Can't find 1870 census
The 1880 census (the last census she would be found in) has her as Mary Morse –Widowed and living with her sister and B-I-L.
I find No Documentation for a Nettles, Moore or Ross marriage.
Documents shows Mary being born a Burch marring a Morse and dying a Morse.
On 5/31/2016 the same contributor sent another edit admitting the previous edit was inaccurate and undocumented. And yet she has entered that same inaccurate and undocumented information on Mary’s fathers memorial perpetuating the inaccurate information.
And Contrary to her claim, there is No Documentation on file at Darlington County Historical Commission that confirms Any of the contributors information.
I’ve suggested that the information be removed from Mary's fathers memorial, but it hasn’t.
