Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today in the chapel of Williams Memorial Chapel. The Rev. Jeff Alford will officiate. Burial will be in West View Cemetery.
Mrs. Pennington, a lifelong resident of Baldwin County, was a retired teacher and a member of First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Frances Pennington of Milledgeville and Caroline Owens of Augusta; three sisters, Ruth Cranford of Milledgeville, Edna Cardona of Manitou Springs, Colo., and Maggie Sullivan of Jacksonville, Fla.; and a brother, Linton Holsenbeck, Jr. of Milledgeville.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Convenant Baptist Church, 115 Crestwood Drive, Gordon 31031, or to First United Methodidt church in Milledgeville.
