"The Herald made note Saturday of McKinley Bitting's death which occurred at the Joshua Woomer house on Saturday at 7:30 o'clock of pneumonia.
The young man was a son of I.N. Bitting (deceased) and Mrs Susan L. Bitting. He was born November 6, 1899, in Perry county, Pennsylvania. Surviving to mourn his death is mother and one brother and one sister.
The body was brought to his mother's home, 2233 Lincoln avenue, where funeral services will be held on Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock."
