Elizabeth was born in Washington Township and was one of seven children born to Samuel Danford and Eleanor Mechem. She attended the Crabapple school as a child. She married Samuel Myers on November 18, 1862 in Belmont Co. The lived and farmed in Mead and Washington Townships. Elizabeth was the mother of two children; Lif Myers and Anna D. Myers. Samuel Myers was the son of Dixson and Sarah Myers and passed away on May 13, 1900.
