Mildred was born May 7, 1908, to Edward M. and Alzada A. Moffett Lewis at Lewiston. She grew up at Lewiston and Pullman.

She moved to Spokane and married David Albert Livingston there March 2, 1936. They lived at Orofino before returning to Spokane.

They later moved to Lewiston before moving to Lowell, Idaho, after her husband's retirement. They spent winters in Arizona and in 1979 they moved to Clarkston. Her husband died Dec. 1, 1990.

She was a member of First Baptist Church and Pioneer Garden Club and enjoyed traveling and reading.

She is survived by her niece and caregiver, Joan Hanson of Clarkston, and several other nieces and nephews. One brother, Vernon W. Lewis, died previously.
