Bernice Gann, 79, of Harrisburg, Arkansas, died Thursday, October 2, 2014, at her residence in Harrisburg.

She was born March 4, 1935, in Dayton, Tennessee, the daughter of James and Nannie (Miller) Brady.

She was preceded in death by her parents: James and Nannie (Miller) Brady, her husband, Harold Gann, one son, James Gann, one brother, John Brady and three sisters: Claudine Swafford, Audra Wilkey, and Marie Clark. Bernice was a homemaker of the Assembly of God faith and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harold Gann; son, James Gann; a brother; and three sisters.

She is survived by two sons: Bobby (Paula) Gann of Harrisburg, Jerry (Linda) Gann of Jonesboro, one daughter-in-law, Diane Gann of Harrisburg, one brother, Gordan Brady of Cathedral City, California, one sister, Margie Lloyd of Dayton, Tennessee, seven grand-children: Tonya Gann, Jamie (Kim) Gann, Chris (Sally) Gann, Denise (Kevin) Hester, Cindy Brittain, Bobbie Gann, and Sonya (Daryl) Kent, and fourteen great-grand-children.

Funeral services were at Jackson's Funeral Home. Internment was in Harrisburg Memorial Park Cemetery.
