KINSTON | Ruby Dail Bartlett age 83 of 3008 Camelot Drive passed away on Monday September 29, 2014. She was a retired administrator with the Boy Scouts of America. Mrs. Bartlett was a founding member of Immanuel Baptist Church and an active member of the Neuse Baptist Association. She was a volunteer at Lenoir Memorial Hospital and ICOR. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday October 4, 2014 at Immanuel Baptist Church with Pastor Jon Campbell Officiating. Interment will be at Pinelawn Memorial Park. She is survived by her sons, James Dale Bartlett of Charlotte, N.C. and David Kevin Bartlett of Wilmington, N.C., a daughter, Allyson Bartlett Miller of Bethesda, Maryland, her brothers, Henry and Robert Dail both of Wilson, N.C., Jerry Dail of Stantonsburg, N.C., and Donnie Dail of Hampton, VA., her sisters, Cleo Smith of High Point, N.C., and Mary Taylor of Newport News, VA., two grandchildren, Carlin Bartlett of Denver, Colorado and Brian Bartlett of Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
