I realize the death certificate gives year of birth as 1852, but Census records from 1850 to 1870 give the year as 1846. On the 1880 Census she suddenly loses eight years and says she was born in 1854. Her brother-in-law, Henry A Bacon, is the informant on the death certificate and I think he actually believed she was born in 1852.
