Mrs. Peacock, a lifelong resident of Bleckley County, was the daughter of the late John Welton and Blanche Dykes Barrs and was preceded in death by her daughter Sue Peacock Ellis. She was retired from Robins Air Force Base and a homemaker. She was a member of the Canasta Club for 55 years and Rosemary and Pearl enjoyed traveling and had traveled to 49 states. She was a member of Cochran First Baptist Church and the Lucile Wilson Sunday School Class.
The family is at 102 Hillside Dr. and will greet friends after the service Friday at Mathis Funeral Home.
