John S. Brooks died at his home, 2413 Thirty-eighth street, this morning following a brief illness at the age of 69. He lived in Everett 13 years, and is survived by his wife, two daughters and two sons, Mrs. R. C. Eaton, of Monroe; Mrs. Richard Bagley, Frank J. and John S., all of Everett. One sister and one brother, Della Furgensen and Wm. H. Brooks, of Everett. Funeral services will be announce later by John F. Jerread.
If anyone is researching this name would like to hear from you I am working on a Civil War project and he is of civil war age. Also his brother Wm. H. was noted in the Everett John Buford post up to 1915. Will share information I have. You can reach me at [email protected].
