Charles Christopher Ottosen, Jr., 74, passed away Monday, December 11, 1995 at his residence. Mr. Ottosen had lived most of his life in Houston, was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy during World War II and was a member of Holy Cross Episcopal Church. He was preceded in death by his foster parents, Martin and Lorena Cochell and his sister, Vera Riseling of Washington DC. Survivors include his wife Tina Ottosen, Houston, step-son, Captain Raymond Burke Wellborn, U.S. Navy retired, Dickinson, sister, Bobbie Nan Bennett and husband John E. Bennett, LaRue, TX., twin brothers, Bradley C. Ottosen and wife Toby, Pearland, Bedeford C. Ottosen, Guy, TX., three step grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m., Friday December 15, 1995 in the Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Chapel with Rev. Bradley C. Ottoson, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
