Missouri A. Eanes: She was a half sister to Martha Rebecca Eanes (who had m. Samuel M. McAshan) and she was b. in Amelia Co., VA., 3/20/1839; d. 9/5/1926; m. 1st. George Richard Seay (a first cousin); m. 2nd. Wm. A. Green son of Herndon Green was was also a cousin. She had 3 children with Seay and 4 with Green.

She is buried in Greenwood cemetery just north-east of down-town Dallas beside her daughter, Sarah Virginia Green. From Missouri's death record it list that she was 87 years, 5 months, 15 days old when she died. Cause of death is indicated as "Gradual decline following fractured femer upper 3rd (turned over in bed-broke hip-) accident.

Missouri was living at 537 Melba St. Dallas, Texas when she died. From her death certificate, Missouri had lived in Dallas, Dallas Co., Texas since 1906. There is some indication that her late husband, William A. Green, had died before 1910 in Dallas or Hood County, Texas.

Missouri Ann (Eanes) Seay Green was the daughter of James Madison Eanes, Sr. and Martha A. (Green) Eanes. She was born in Amelia Co., Virginia and died in Dallas, Dallas Co., Texas. She married first George Richard Seay 19 May 1856 in La Grange, Fayette Co., Texas. She married second Willian A. Green 01 Oct 1868 in La Grange, Fayette Co., Texas. Both George Richard Seay and William A. Green were cousins of Missouri.
