Jimmie Dee Diepenbrock (nee Royal), 81, of Clinton Township, died Saturday, March 11, 2006, at Medilodge of Sterling Heights. She was born Nov. 5, 1924, in Walnut Springs, Texas.

Mrs. Diepenbrock is survived by her son, Frank Diepenbrock; daughter, Margaret (Gary) Gordon; siblings, Darrell (Betty) Royal, Marie (Bill) Brooks, Lorraine (Ed) Edenfield and T.J. (B.J.) Royal; grandchildren, Crystal (Rick) Lettie, Dawn (Chris) Kalka, Melissa Diepenbrock and Jake Diepenbrock; and great-grandchildren, Ashton, Karissa, Hunter and Elaina.

She was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence; daughter, Jimmie "Sue" Paul; and parents, Dewitt and Blanch Royal.

A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons Inc., 36900 Schoenherr (at Metro Parkway), Sterling Heights, with the Rev. Tim Terhune officiating.
Inurnment will be in Clinton Grove Cemetery, Clinton Township.

Visitation is 3-9 p.m. Tuesday.
