Rome, May 22 - Alfred Boulant Sr., 77, died Sunday night at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Howard Moores, South James Street. He had been ailing for some time.
Mr. Boulant was born in Utica and came to this city when 14. he had since lived here and was in the employ of the Rome Brass & Copper Company for a number of years. Some time after the death of his first wife, Bessie Perry of this city, he married Mrs. Florence Wheeler. She died 13 years ago.
Surviving are these children: Mrs. Moores, Mrs. Dennis Coleman, Fred, Howard, James and Alfred Boulant jr., Rome, Paul of Oriskany, Mrs. C. H. Raut, Jackson, Mich., Mrs. Edwin Stoddard, Rome, Mrs. Sarah Cooley, Utica,, Mrs. William Brilbeck and Harry Barber of Syracuse and Mrs. L. J. Cole Cortland.
