MILLEDGEVILLE - Services for Curtis Eugene Crooms were Sunday in Moores Funeral Home, Burial was in Black Springs Church cemetery. Mr. Crooms, 40, died Friday, August 8, 1997, at his residence. A lifelong resident of Baldwin County, he was employed by the city of Milledgeville water treatment plant. He was a member of Hillside Church of God.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah Sloan Crooms; children Michelle Ramage of Milledgeville and Cassity Grimsley of Stevens Pottery; and brothers and sisters, George Jasper Crooms and Calvin Terry Crooms, both of Milledgeville, Roger Crooms of Monroe, Thomas Crooms of Dahlonega, Joyce C. McDonald of Sylacauga, Alabama and Martha Hartley of New Orleans.
