Mrs. Crooms passed away Saturday, Feb. 6, 2016. She was a lifelong resident of Baldwin County. She retired from Golden Pantry after 24 years.and was a member of Hillside Church of God.
She was predeceased by her husband Curtis E. Crooms, and her sister, Barbara J. Sloan. Her grandparents James Luther and Lucy Carr Sloan and Malcolm and Mattie Johnson.
Survivors include her mother Betty Johnson Mazzanti; father, Walter R. Sloan, Sr.; brother, Walter Sloan, Jr. and wife Paula; niece Tiffany Sloan a nephew Buddy Sloan; a number of other relatives also survive.
