Mable M. Stewart, 80, of Bloomfield, passed away at 12:25 p.m. Tuesday May 29, 2007 at Bloomington Hospital.
Born May 21, 1927 in Monroe County, she was the daughter of Frank and Agnes (Hadden) Hayse. She retired as a cook for the Lighthouse restaurant in Bloomfield. She was a member of the Harvest Community Church. surviving relatives include: her children, Martha J. & husband John Shelton of Columbus, E. Edward Smith of Lyons, Nancy J. & husband John Deckard of Bedford, Janice S. and husband Mike Hardesty of Bloomfield, and Dona S. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday June 1, 2007 at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield, with Rev. Arlen Pope and Rev. Jeff Williams officiating. Burial will be in Grandview cemetery in Bloomfield.
