Boonville, Sept 17 – Frederick A. Moore’s health failed him and during village, (This is the way the paper read) died at his home on Schuyler Street on Saturday afternoon after a long illness. About 10 years ago, Mr. Moore’s health failed him, and during that time every possible means of restoring it that the family and friends could learn of was tried, but with no success. He was born in Trenton Falls 49 years ago and learned the photographing art as a young man and became one of the best. About 15 years ago he came to Boonville, purchased the gallery here and for a long time conducted the business until he sold to G. H. Pollard a couple of years ago. He was a quiet, unassuming man, faithful and industrious, with a host of warm friends, who will regret to learn of his death.
