BROKEN BOW — Curtis Wesley Andersen, 85, of Broken Bow died Friday, Sept. 5, 2014, at Jennie Melham Memorial Medical Center in Broken Bow.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church in Broken Bow with the Rev. Jurdan Counts officiating. Burial will be at Broken Bow Cemetery. Govier Bros. Mortuary in Broken Bow is in charge of the arrangements.
He was born Nov. 20, 1928, in Adams to Andrew L. and Emma (McMullen) Andersen.
On Sept. 4, 1949, he married Vanetta Meyers. She died in 2007.
Survivors include his daughters, Barbara Deal of Bellefontaine, Ohio, Susan Bader and Shirley Kelley, both of Broken Bow, and Kerry Fink of Burwell; sister, Letha Brown of North Platte; 14 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandsons.
