Visitation will begin after 9 a.m. Sunday at the Beatty Funeral Home, Wayland; the family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 that evening. A memorial has been established for North Hill Cemetery.
Homer Feitz was born March 18, 1902, near Wayland, the son of Jacob and Barbara Imhoff Feitz. He served with the army in World War II, was a member of the Davenport American Legion and a retired employee of the Rock Island Railroad.
Survivors include four sisters; Rosa Klopfenstein, Mt. Pleasant; Ann Feitz, Bessie Shumacker, and Melinda Abel, all of Davenport.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and a brother.
