Miss Feitz was born Dec. 4, 1898 near Wayland to Jacob and Barbara (Imhof) Feitz and was never married. She was a member of the Wayland Mennonite Church and earned her living as a homemaker.
She is survived by three sisters, Melinda Abel and Mrs. Bessie Shumacher, Davenport; and Mrs. Rosa Klophfenstein, Mount Pleasant; and many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents, two sisters and one brother.
Funeral services are at 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb.3 at the Wayland Mennonite Church, Rev. Glen Richard officiating. Burial is at the North Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the Beatty-Wilkins Funeral Home, Mount Pleasant, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday. The family will receive visitors at 9:30 a.m. until services start on Saturday. A memorial fund has been established for the Wayland Mennonite Church.
