Eva K. Fisher, 81, of Emmaus, died Sunday, March 16th 2009 in Emmaus Village. She was the widow of Edwin H. G. Fischer, Sr. who died in 2000. She and her husband were the owners of the Limeport Hotel for ten years. She last was employed as a supervisor at Thermco Products, Quakertown, until retiring. Born in Upper Milford Twp., she was a daughter of the late Hiram and Louisa (Dreas) Hillegass. She was a member of Chestnut Hill Church, Coopersburg.
Survivors: Daughter, Thelma G. Schaffer; son, Edwin H. G. Fischer, Jr. and his wife, Cindy; brothers; Warren and Norman Hillegass; sister, Louella Mindler; three granddaughters; and six great-grandchildren.
Services: 10 a.m., Friday, Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 225 Elm St., Emmaus. Viewing will be 7 to 8:30 p.m., Thursday. Interment will be in Chestnut Hill Cemetery, Coopersburg.
