On Friday, August 15, 2014 my full, wonderful life ended. I say it was a full and wonderful life because I was blessed with a loving, caring family, a rewarding career as a nurse and military officer and some of the best friends anyone could ask for. I had the best parents in the world; my mother Ermina (Mia) and my father Paul were responsible for all that I was and were always there for me. My brother Ronnie Cormier, my sister Lisa Kramer and my brother-in-law Steven Kramer along with my niece Caitlin Cormier, my nephews Michael Kramer and Christopher Cormier made up the family I love so dearly and will miss for eternity. I have so many wonderful memories to carry with me. I traveled the world and saw incredible sights. I worked hard and reaped the rewards of that work by being able to live very comfortably and to share with my family. I will miss the beach. To me there is nothing more beautiful than the sun, sand and sea. It always filled me with such peacefulness. Being at the beach with Lisa was especially wonderful because she loves it as much as I do. It didnt matter where; if I was at the beach I was a happy camper! I will forever miss my two best buddies; my cats Ebb and Flo. Please dont pine and grieve for me. I would much rather you celebrate in my name and remember all the wonderful times we shared. The funeral for Leslie will be held Tuesday at 12 noon from Tazzini Funeral Home followed by services with full military honors at the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery at 1 PM. Calling hours will be held prior to the service from 10:30 to 12. To honor Leslie's love of the beach, flip flops are acceptable for her funeral.
