Jeannette “Fran” Barnes, age 80, passed away on December 14, 2003 in Auburn, WA. She was a long time resident of Vancouver and member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church. Jeannette is survived by her daughter, Karen Wall Jeff; 4 grandchildren, Kelee, Kevin, Monica and Kyle; 2 sisters, Eleanor Wicks and Dorothy Barton; brother-in-law, Eldon Barnes Clara and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jeannette was preceded in death by her husband, Silas Barnes in 1993.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 19, 2003 at 2:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, 8310 MacArthur Blvd., Vancouver, WA 98664.

Private interment Evergreen Memorial Park.

The family prefers memorial contributions be made to Children To Love International relief organization for abandoned Romanian Children or Immanuel Lutheran Church. The family has entrusted arrangements to Bonney-Watson, Federal Way.
