Lou Elliott Crews, 82, of Dora died Saturday, Nov. 6, 1999, at Carraway Methodist Medical Center. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Monday, Nov. 8, 1999, at New Horizon Memorial Chapel with burial in New Horizon Memorial Gardens. Rev. Leland Tingle will officiate. New Horizon Funeral Home will direct. Visitation will be today, from 6-9 p.m. at New Horizon.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arvill Preston Crews Sr.
She is survived by a son, Arvill P. Crews Jr. and wife, Jan, of Dora; a sister, Frances Vines of Minor; brothers, Leon, Other Lee and A.C. Elliott, all of Dora; grandchildren, Lindi Crews Crawford and David W. "Tony" Crews; great-grandchildren, Leigh-Taylor Crawford, David Preston Crews and John William Crews, all of Dora, and several nieces and nephews.
