Troy, IL--Mrs. Elizabeth (Lizzie) Tannehill, 90, a resident here most of her life, died Friday at 2:25 p.m. at the Rockwood Nursing home.
Born in Germany, she came here when she was two years old. She was married Sept. 9, 1898 to Joseph Tannehill who preceded her in death on Aug. 23, 1956.
Surviving are two sons, Kenneth Tannehill, East St. Louis, and Harold Tannehill, Brentwood, Mo.; three daughters, Mrs. Fremont (Mabel) Koch, of St. Louis, Mrs. Lloyd (Hazel) Morstain, Highland, and Mrs. William (Helen) Wright, Los Angeles, Calif.; six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
The body may be viewed at the Edwards funeral home, Troy, after 7 o'clock tonight until the services Monday at 2 p.m. The Rev. R.H. Mornhinweg will officiate. Interment will be in Friedens cemetery.
