The death of Mrs. Cora Dille Beall occurred at her home in Crown Point last Sunday evening after a year's illness from a malignant growth. She was fifty-nine years old, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Linn of Winamac. She was born Nov. 24, 1891, and lived here for a number of years.
Her marriage to Allen Dille took place in 1907, after his death in 1921, she married Sidney Beall. She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge, Mothers of World War No. 2 and Gold Star Mothers.
Two daughters and two sons survive: Mrs. Florence Mounce of Tampa, Texas, Mrs. Ferne Bartholdi of Gary, Earl Dille and William Beall of Crown Point. One son, Merle Linn Dillie (sic), was killed in Europe during World War 2. There are also two brothers and a sister, Geroge Linn of South Bend, Fred Linn of Pulaski, and Mrs. Ethel Brown of Winamac.
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Linton Chapel in Crown Point. Graveside services and burial were in the Winamac Cemetery.
